Starting in 2024, I made the decision to expand upon the mentoring sessions I had previously organized or presented for Ciklum’s Java and AI communities (such as: AI Frameworks Review for Java, JVM Performance, Advanced Debugging Techniques for Java, Neural Networks with Java & Python etc.).
In collaboration with my colleague Denys Osipenko, a group of 10 mentors and AI Experts and with great help from my colleagues Iryna Sayyah and Kateryna Yashcenko from the L&D Department, we developed a GenAI Upskill Program within Ciklum. This program is tailored to guide our developers through specialized learning paths and mentoring sessions.
As a mentor in the program, I delivered a talk on Context-Aware RAG Chatbots. The focus of my presentation was on Knowledge Representation, Context Understanding, and Enterprise Chatbots, exploring the architecture and addressing the unique challenges at this scale.
