🤝 Being a speaker at DevFest for the second time is a unique achievement for me, as nine years ago (in 2015) I attended the event as a volunteer. It all started after my MSc coordinator, Eduard Popovici, introduced me to Carmen Ciulacu, and I helped with the check-in process while enjoying the experience.

🕰️ Back then, I was leading the IT department in our student NGO (organizing a software development contest for students) and a newly promoted Senior Developer at Orange, still looking up to the speakers at the event as inspiring experts. Now, the pressure is on to deliver my best and not let down my younger self.

🎶 Although DevFest is a pure tech-focused conference, the networking couldn’t be better. With such a diverse, international audience and speakers, I had the chance to meet new and inspiring people—just like every other edition. This year’s DevFest will definitely be more memorable, as it wrapped up with a speakers’ dinner at Berăria H featuring a concert by 3SudEst, my favorite band from childhood.

🧑🏻‍💻 Also, 2015 marked the beginning of my journey working with production-grade ML, and it’s been nearly a decade of hard work and hands-on experience in this field. Reaching a point where I can share my knowledge with software experts and industry leaders feels incredibly rewarding.

🤖 My talk this year focused on the cutting-edge topic that will likely define 2025: Agentic AI.

🙏🏻 A huge thank you to Carmen Ciulacu and Codrut Ciulacu for organizing such a fantastic event, and to DigitalStack and Google Developers Group for the opportunity and invitation!
