As 2022 is the year that marks 10 years since my graduation from ETTI, I was invited by Ms Ș.L.Dr.Ing Rodica Constantinescu & Oana Tudor, to tell the students the story of my career and what I learned after graduating.
So I tried to share my experience on the following topics:- CV, portfolio and interview
- recruitment – corporate vs startup
- future skills and cutting-edge technologies
- trends in organisational cultures and engineers’ mindset
Also, I was assisted by my colleague Cristina Dolhăscu. She presented to the students some tips & tricks and our opportunities in CN Group – Nearshore SW Development.
