⚽ The first production applications I developed at the beginning of my career as a software engineer were used to organize sports competitions within an NGO.

🏆 When you manage a sports field or organize football, tennis, chess tournaments, or a national-level race, you understand the complexity of sporting events. In sports, you need everything: marketing, communication, graphics, statistics, real-time data propagation.

🤖 I learned that sports are not just about lifestyle and health, but also about coordination. And the best tool we have for coordination is software, especially Artificial Intelligence.

🗓️ At the end of October 2024, I delivered a masterclass at Sports Business Academy to share my experience in Artificial Intelligence, applied to the world of sports:
- Text generation and analysis
- Video analysis and editing
- Sales and market forecasting
- Creating personalized content to capture attention

🙏 I am very grateful to Sports Business Academy and Cristian Gheorghe for inviting me and collaborating with me to prepare this event. We began organizing more than five months in advance, and I even co-authored an article with Cristian, the founder of SBA, in anticipation of the masterclass. Cristian is one of the most connected and active figures in the Romanian sports world, with projects and relationships that span both nationally and internationally. As the founder and owner of SBA, the first and most renowned academy for sports business in Romania, he brings extensive experience in both sales and management. Cristi has a unique ability to capture the current landscape of the sports and eSports industries.

🚀 Sports Business Academy is the first academy of sports business from Romania and East Europe dedicated to professionals and lovers within the sport sector. Since 2015, Sports Business Academy has been organising workshops where sports representatives from Romania such as: Ana Maria Popescu (Olympic Champion- Fencing), Loredana Dinu (Olympic Champion- Fencing), Titi Aur (Romanian Rally Champion), Mihai Leu (World Box Champion), Ciprian Marica (National Football Team International), Ramona Farcau (World Scorer Beijing 2008 - Handball), Irina Begu (WTA TOP Tennis Player), Stefan Birtalan (World Champion- Handball), Monica Rosu (Olympic Champion - Gymnastics), Camelia Potec (Olympic Champion - Swimming, Cristina Varzaru (EHF CL Champion) and experts from sports industry were invited.
